fluturime.online is a price comparison platform for flights from Pristina's "Adem Jashari" International Airport (PRN). We:

• Collect and display flight prices from partner airlines.
• Send notifications when prices drop (with voluntary sign-up).
• Provide guides and a blog about traveling from Kosovo.

We do not sell airline tickets. Every booking is made directly on the respective airline's website. We are only an information intermediary.

3. Price Accuracy

Displayed prices are based on data from our partners and may not reflect actual availability or the current price at the time of booking. Prices can change at any moment based on demand and airline policies. Always verify the final price on the airline's official website before booking.

4. Usage Restrictions

By using the platform, you agree not to:

• Use bots or automated tools without written permission.
• Generate artificial traffic or misuse our APIs.
• Republish our data without attribution and permission.
• Attempt to access our administrative systems without authorization.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The design, source code, logos, and original content of fluturime.online are the property of the platform. Flight price data is the property of the respective airlines. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our material without permission.

If you sign up for price notifications, you agree to receive periodic emails when prices change. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. We do not send spam and do not share your email with third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty. We do not guarantee continuous availability, absolute price accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. fluturime.online bears no liability for financial losses arising from displayed prices or bookings made.

The site contains links to airline websites and third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these sites.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by email or site notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Pristina.
